45 minute Individual Intake- $250 *required to participate in group therapy
90 minute Group Psychotherapy and Psychoeducation- $75
15 min individual Video/Telephone Check-in- $25 (no more than once every other week)

*No insurance accepted - Superbill available upon request to submit to insurance companies who offer Out-of-Network coverage
