About

John has been serving the mental health and addiction needs of New Jersey communities since 2012. Having worked in all levels of care including Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, and Crisis, he has had the privilege of working with clients of all walks of life, and with all different challenges.

John received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Manhattan College in 2003, and completed his Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Kean University in 2015. He currently has his LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and LCADC (Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor).

Currently focusing on clients with depression, anxiety, addiction, anger management, grief, and life stressors, John is motivated to help you find your path to growth and stability. He has focused his approach to therapy by utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. Moreover, he has also had training in, and implements aspects of Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
