Since 2012, I have been serving the substance use and mental health needs of New Jersey communities. Having worked in all levels of care including Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient, Inpatient, ER, and Crisis, I have had the privilege of working with clients of all walks of life, and with all different challenges.
I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Manhattan College in 2003, and completed my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Kean University in 2015. My current licensure is LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and LCADC (Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor). I am also certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy by the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies.
"Having had both good and bad talk therapy experiences myself, I have worked to cultivate an open, inviting atmosphere in my sessions. You are worthy of respect, dignity, and autonomy, and can define what you want from your therapy experience." - John Guldner
